摘　　要：介绍了一种多金属用的清洗剂和防锈剂.清洗剂不含强碱,主要用于去除液压系统装配过程中总成件的油污,清洗力强,并且对铸铝、铜等金属无腐蚀.防锈剂为水基弱碱性产品,和清洗剂配合使用,经过防锈处理后可在铸铁工件表面形成均匀致密的防护膜,防止铸铁和碳钢返锈,提高耐腐蚀性,并且残留少,对后续漆膜与金属的附着力无不良影响,适用于铸铁、碳钢、铸铝和铜等多金属的工序间防锈.The multi-metal cleaning agent and rust inhibitor were introduced.The multi-metal cleaning agent does not contain strong alkali and is mainly used to remove the oil of the assembly parts in the assembly process of the hydraulic system.The multi-metal cleaning agent has strong cleaning power and is non-corrosive to metals such as cast aluminum and copper.The multi-metal rust inhibitor is a water-based weak alkaline product and used with the cleaning agent.After the anti-rust treatment,a uniform and dense protective film can be formed on the surface of the cast iron workpiece.The film can not only prevent the cast iron and carbon steel from rusting to improve the corrosion resistance,but also has no adverse effect on the adhesion of the subsequent paint film and metal.Therefore it is suitable for rust prevention between multi-metal processes such as cast iron,carbon steel,cast aluminum and copper.
