摘　　要：对喷漆废水处理技术进行了探究和分析,针对目前广泛采用的水帘式喷漆房的喷漆循环水处理工艺提出了一些相关建议.同时,将叠螺式压滤机结合反应器处理漆雾的工艺技术进行了分享,该喷漆循环水处理技术不仅降低了的人工捞取漆渣的劳动强度,而且降低了危废处理费用,节省了企业经营成本.The spray painting wastewater treatment technology was explored and analyzed,and some relevant suggestions for the spray painting circulating water treatment process of the water curtain spray booth were put forward.At the same time,the process technology of treating paint mist by combining the screw pressure filter with the air flotation tank was shared.The technology not only reduced the labor intensity of manually picking up paint residue,but also reduced the cost of hazardous waste treatment and saved the operating cost of the enterprise.
