摘　　要：运输应激对反刍动物生产造成的不利影响已成为畜牧业健康发展的阻碍因素,寻求有效的方法来避免或降低运输造成的影响迫在眉睫。运输应激会对反刍动物的呼吸和消化系统、血液生化指标、免疫系统、肉品质造成损害,通过添加抗应激产品、加强运输管理及利用现代化设备检测等措施可以有效降低运输应激带来的危害。文章综述了运输应激对反刍动物造成的不利影响及其干预措施,以期为反刍动物生产和畜牧业的健康发展提供理论参考。The adverse effects of transport stress on ruminant production have become a hindrance to the healthy development of animal husbandry.It is urgent to find effective ways to avoid or reduce the impact of transportation.Transport stress can cause damage to respiratory and digestive systems,blood biochemical indexes,immune system and meat quality of ruminants.The harm caused by transport stress can be effectively reduced by adding anti-stress products,strengthening transport management and using modern equipment for detection.In this paper,the adverse effects of transport stress on ruminants and its intervention measures were summarized,in order to provide theoretical reference for the healthy development of ruminant production and animal husbandry.
