嘉积鸭体尺指标与体重的相关性分析

摘　　要：为了深入挖掘嘉积鸭的种用价值,试验选取257只70日龄嘉积鸭为研究对象,测定嘉积鸭体斜长(X_(1))、半潜水长(X_(2))、龙骨长(X_(3))、胸深(X_(4))、胸宽(X_(5))、胫长(X_(6))、胫围(X_(7))、髋骨宽(X_(8))、体重(Y)指标,运用SPSS 25.0软件对嘉积鸭体尺指标与体重间的相关系数进行分析,计算体尺指标对体重的通径系数和决定系数,建立嘉积鸭体尺指标与体重的最优回归模型。结果表明:嘉积鸭体斜长、半潜水长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫长、胫围、髋骨宽与体重均呈极显著相关关系(P<0.01),其中半潜水长与体重的相关系数最大,为0.460;各指标的通径系数均达到显著或极显著水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中龙骨长对体重的通径系数最大,为0.341;半潜水长是影响嘉积鸭体重的最重要决定因素;嘉积鸭体尺指标对体重的最优回归方程为Y=-2113.3+19.094X_(1)+27.829X_(2)+51.949X_(3)+30.761X_(4)+33.284X_(5)+69.289X_(6)+90.502X_(7)+39.167X_(8)。说明在嘉积鸭选育工作中可着重选育半潜水长、龙骨长、胸宽等指标,以更大程度提升嘉积鸭体重。In order to explore the breeding value of Jiaji ducks,a total of 25770-day-old Jiaji ducks were selected as the research objects,and body oblique length(X_(1)),half-dive length(X_(2)),keel length(X_(3)),breast depth(X_(4)),breast width(X_(5)),shin length(X_(6)),shin circumference(X_(7)),hip bone width(X_8)and body weight(Y)of Jiaji ducks were measured.The correlation coefficient between body size indexes and body weight of Jiaji ducks was analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.The diameter coefficient of body size indexes to body weight was calculated,and the optimal regression model of body size indexes and body weight of Jiaji ducks was established.The results showed that the body length oblique length,semi-diving length,keel length,chest depth,chest width,shin length,tibia circumference and hip bone width were significantly correlated with body weight(P<0.01),among which the correlation coefficient(0.460)between semi-divehead and body weight was the largest,and the diameter coefficients of each index reached significant levels(P<0.05 or P<0.01),in which the diameter coefficient of keel length to body weight was the largest(0.341).Semi-diving length was the most important determinant affecting the weight of Jiaji ducks.The optimal regression equation of body size indexes to body weight in Jiaji ducks was Y=-2113.3+19.094X_(1)+27.829X_(2)+51.949X_(3)+30.761X_(4)+33.284X_(5)+69.289X_(6)+90.502X_(7)+39.167X_8.The results indicated that the indexes of semi-diving length,keel length and chest width width should be emphasized in the breeding work of Jiaji ducks,so as to increase the body weight of Jiaji ducks to a greater extent.
