摘  要:采用高温固相法制备了Si^(4+)掺杂Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_(3)∶Pr^(3+)红色长余辉发光材料,测试了样品的激发光谱、发射光谱和余辉衰减曲线。研究了Si^(4+)不同加入量对Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_(3)∶Pr^(3+)发光性能的影响。结果表明,加入Si^(4+)样品的611 nm红光发射强度明显增强,当加入0.2mol Si^(4+)时,发光性能达到最佳。添加质量分数2%H_(3)B_(O3),Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_(3)∶0.002Pr^(3+),0.2Si^(4+)红色长余辉发光材料的余辉初始亮度可达123 mcd/m^(2),1 min余辉亮度24 mcd/m^(2)。The red long-afterglow luminescent materials of Si^(4+)doped Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_(3)∶Pr^(3+)were fabricated by high temperature solid-state method.The excitation spectrum,emission spectrum and decay curve were measured.The effects of diferent amounts of Sit+on the luminescence properties of Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_(3)∶Pr^(3+)were investigated.The results indicate that the 611 nm red light emision intensity of the Si^(4+)doped sample is significantly enhanced.When O.2 mol Si^(4+)is added,the long-afterglow phosphor has the best luminescent properties.When 2%H_(3)B_(O3)is added,Ca_(0.8)Zn_(0.2)TiO_(3)∶Pr^(3+),0.2Si^(4+)red long-afterglow phosphor has the initial afterglow brightness of 123 mcd/m^(2),and its 1 minute afterglow brightness is 24 mcd/m^(2).
