摘  要:远紫外线消毒是一种有潜力对人体友好而又能有效消毒的紫外线消毒技术。目前主要的远紫外线光源是氪-氯准分子灯。几何上,相对于普通的汞紫外线灯,氪-氯准分子灯直径大、长度小、光的波长短。因此提出应用KI/KIO_(3)化学曝光剂测量远紫外线灯的紫外线输出量。在数学上,合理地将线光源和点光源的计算公式达成了一致,在理论上解决了需要判断光源类型、选择计算公式的问题。从而实现了应用国际紫外线协会推荐的测量长线型紫外线灯紫外线输出量的标准方法,对氪-氯准分子灯发出的远紫外线进行准确测量。实验数据显示,测量精度(最大值和最小值的差除以平均值)小于(好于)5.96%。Far UV is a type of disinfection technology which not only can effectively disinfect,but also is promisingly friendly to human body.At present,the main light source of far UV is Kr-Cl excimer lamps.Compared with mercury UV lamps,Kr-Cl excimer lamps have larger diameter,smaller length,and shorter wavelength of the emission.This paper proposes to make use of KI/KIO_(3)chemical actinometer to measure the output of far UV lamps.Mathematically it was proved that at small radiation angle,the calculation formula of line type of light sources is identical to that of point light sources.Then the necessity to figure out the type of a light source and selecting the calculation formula is avoided.Thus,the standard method for measuring the UV output of a line UV lamp,which is recommended by International Ultraviolet Association,can be applied to accurately measure Kr-Cl excimer lamps.The experimental data show that the measurement accuracy(difference between maximum and minimum is divided by average value)is less than(better than)5.96%.
