摘 要:深紫外LED应用广泛,在使用过程产生大量的热量会带来芯片结温上升,影响器件的内量子效率,缩短使用寿命。因此,对于散热结构的分析和优化就变得极其关键。本文针对蜂窝散热做定向研究,设计了一种组合蜂窝散热结构,与同尺寸鳍片散热器相比,重量更轻、散热效果更优,可用于尺寸空间受限的UVC LED紫外产品满足寿命使用的要求。The application of deep ultraviolet(UV)LED is extensive,but a large amount of heat is generated during its application,which will lead to the increase of the junction temperature of the UV chip.Further,the internal quantum efficiency of the device will be affected,and the service life will be shortened.Thus,the analysis and optimization of the thermal dissipation structure is a critical role for the application of UV.Based on this,a composite honeycomb heat dissipation structure is proposed in this paper to conduct a targeted study for honeycomb thermal dissipation.It has a lighter weight and better heat dissipation effect when compared with the fin type heat sink of the same size,and can address the requirements of service life of space-constrained UV products.
