摘  要:柳160-1断块属于复杂断块油藏,随着长期注水开发,已形成优势渗流通道,驱替效率低,无效注水循环严重,多轮次调剖效果逐渐变差;纵向上多层合采合注,层间矛盾突出,剖面动用程度低。为了有效封堵优势渗流通道,深部液流转向,提高油藏波及面积,针对油藏开发及储层发育特点,有针对性地开展抗高温高黏弹性凝胶调剖体系封堵实验研究。室内实验结果表明,该体系具有较好的耐温抗盐性能和封堵性能。矿场试验表明,通过实施深部调剖,油藏各系开发指标显著提升,对高渗透层封堵效果好,可有效改善吸水剖面,动用程度提高2.3个百分点,多向见效比例提升1.3%,放大生产压差8.5MPa,提高波及系数0.06个百分点,单井初期日增油9.4t,综合含水率下降2.5个百分点,阶段累计增油2756t。该类深部调剖技术的成功应用对同类型油藏稳油控水具有重要意义。Liu 160-1 fault block belongs to complex fault block reservoirs.With the long-term water flooding development,preponderance flow path has been formed,and the displacement efficiency is low.The ineffective water injection circulation is serious,and the multi-round profile modification effect is gradually getting worse.In the vertical,commingled production and injection for multiple layers is adopted with obvious interlayer contradiction and low profile producing degree.In order to effectively block the preponderance flow path,realize deep fluid diversion and improve the swept area of reservoirs,the plugging test of temperature resistant and high viscoelastic gel profile modification system is carried out according to the characteristics of reservoir development.The laboratory experimental results show that the system has good temperature and salt resistance and good plugging performance.The field test shows that the development indexes of each series of reservoirs aresignificantly improved after the implementation of in-depth profile modification.The high-permeability layersmay be plugged well,and injection profile may be improved effectively.The producing degree increased by 2.3 percentage points,the multi-directional effective ratio increased by 1.3%,the production pressure difference is enlarged by 8.5MPa,and the sweep efficiency increased by 0.06 percentage points.The daily oil production of single well increased by 9.4t at the initial stage,the composite water cut decreased by 2.5 percentage points,and the cumulative oil production increased by 2756t at the stage.The successful application of this kind of in-depth profile modification technology is of great significance for stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut in the same type of reservoirs.
