摘　　要：通过添加表面活性剂可以提高溶剂的防蜡能力。脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物磺酸盐FMES具有与蜡和沥青类似的长碳链脂肪酸结构,分散性能优异,低温条件下对结蜡和沥青有良好的剥离效果。以十六碳脂肪酸为起始原料,采用无水的三氧化二铝和氧化钡为二元催化剂,先与环氧乙烷发生聚合反应,再用环氧丙烷封端,最后通过甲基化反应引入末端甲基,得到PO封端的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE,将FMEE进一步与氯磺酸发生磺化反应得到磺化盐FMES,测试FMES的HLB值、乳化力、分散力、闪点、密度等性能。将阴离子磺酸盐FMES与非离子OP-8组成二元体系,作为防蜡剂,并通过单因素实验确定FMES与非离子OP-8用量为1∶1时具有最佳的防蜡效果。将FMES/OP-8二元体系与粗苯和乙二醇单丁醚复配,最终得到清蜡剂的配方为FMES(10%)+OP-8(10%)+乙二醇单丁醚(10%)+粗苯(16%)+乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(4%)+纯净水(50%)。该乳液型防蜡剂兼有水基和油基防蜡剂的特点,不仅有良好的防蜡效果,而且还具有一定的清蜡效果,可以很好地辅助热洗清蜡工艺。The wax control ability of solvent can be improved by adding surfactant.Fatty acid methyLlester ethoxylate sulfonate FMES has a long carbon chain fatty acid structure similar to that of wax and asphalt,and has excellent dispersion properties.It has good stripping effect on the wax and asphalt at low temperature.With 16-carbon fatty acid as starting material,anhydrous aluminum oxide and barium oxide as binary catalysts,polymerization reaction with ethylene oxide is first performed,and then terminal methyl is terminated with propylene oxide.Finally,terminal methyl is introduced through methylation reaction to obtain fatty acid methyl ester ethoxy compound FMEEE terminated by PO.Sulfonated salt FMES are obtained by sulfonating FMEE with chlorosulfonic acid.The HLB value,emulsifying ability,dispersion,flash point,density and other properties of FMES are tested.A binary system of anionic sulfonate FMES and non-ionic OP-8 is used as the wax inhibitor,and the optimal wax control effect is determined by single factor experiment when the dosage of FMES and non-ionic OP-8 is 1:1.By combining FMES/OP-8 system with crude benzene and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether,the final formula of paraffin remover is FMES(10%)+0P-8(10%)+ethylene glycol monobutyl ether(10%)+crude benzene(16%)+vinyl-vinyl acetate(4%)+purified water(50%).The emulsion paraffin inhibitor has the characteristics of both water-and oil-based parfin inhibitor.lt has not only good paraffin control effect,but also certain paraffin removal effect.It can assist the hot paraffin removal process well.
