摘  要:针对水平井带压钻塞作业中施工压力高、液量大、胶液配制困难、钻塞效率低等问题,通过对钻塞工艺、作业流程进行理论研究,对钻塞泵注压力组成的因素进行了理论研究及计算,对钻塞返出物的上返规律进行了理论研究。优化设计了钻塞流程体系、钻塞动力液体系,研发配套了地面流程和工具,有效解决了施工压力的控制、钻塞液体的循环再利用、钻塞液体固相物的控制等问题。通过对四川、大港、大庆等油田地区页岩气、页岩油70余口水平井的现场试验及应用,单井配液时间从6~8h降低至1~2h,动力液的配制从循环配制改变为免配液方式,节省了滑溜水的配制时间,避免了滑溜水原液与清水混配不均匀的难题,钻塞效率提高至10%以上,单井胶液用量从几百立方米降低至几十立方米,动力液平均费用从380元/m3降低至40元/m3,降低了施工成本,取得了良好的社会经济效益,可广泛应用于大斜度井、水平井带压钻塞作业。In view of the issues of high pressure,large amount of liquid,difficult preparation of glue liquid and low efficiency of drlling out during the snubbing operation in horizontal wells,the factors of pump injection pressure composition of drilling out are theoretically studied and calculated through theoretical research on drilling out technology and work flow,and the upflow rule of drilling out returns is theoretically studied.The drilling out flow system and the drilling out power liquid system are optimized,and the ground flow and tools are developed to effectively solve the problems of pressure control,the recycling of drilling out liquid and the control of solid phase of drilling out liquid.Through the field test and application of more than 70 horizontal wells of shale gas and shale oil in Sichuan,Dagang,Daqing and other oil fields,the solution preparation time of a single well reduces from 6-8h to 1~2h,and the preparation of power liquid changes from circulation to free liquid preparation,which saves the preparation time of slicing-water and avoids the problem of uneven mixing of slick water spinning solution and clean water.The drilling out efficiency increases by more than 10%,the glue liquid consumption for a single well reduces from hundreds of cubic meters to dozens of cubic meters,and the average cost of power fluid reduces from 380 yuan/m3 to 40 yuan/m3,which reduces the cost and achieves good social and economic benefits,and can be widely used for the snubbing operation in highly-deviated wells and horizontal wells.
