摘　　要：从边缘性技术到专有性技术再到向产业核心性技术升级的过程中,不同要素禀赋条件和市场机会,与创新生产价值链的嵌入参与和集成整合过程一起塑造非核心企业技术成长路径:“差异性”与“收敛性”协同共生。基于此,提出以创新生产价值链为基础形成的异质性技术能力是非核心企业创新能力演化和其成长为核心企业的关键力量。From the edge to the proprietary technology to the core technology to the industry upgrading process,different conditions of factor endowments and market opportunities,and innovation in the production of different links of value chain embedded participation and integration of the consolidation process,form thenon-core enterprise technical ability in the growth path:“diversity”and“convergence”collaborative symbiosis.Therefore,the heterogeneity of competitive technological capability based on innovation production value chain is the key strength for innovation evlution and the growth of non-core enterprises.
