摘 要:本文从职业和工作组织两个层面讨论中国程序员工作的性别化过程:编程工作中社会与技术面向的二元对立造成性别化的等级分工,削弱了女性程序员的身份合法性;科技企业的加班文化与传统性别角色期待相结合,导致女性更容易面临工作与家庭冲突。本文进而以具身性概念分析女性被排斥的经历和女性重新协调性别认同与职业认同、规划职业发展的能动性,由此揭示程序员工作中的性别规则如何运转,又如何得以改变。This paper discusses the gendered process of programmers'work in China at both the professional and work organization levels:the dichotomy between social and technical orientations in programming work leads to a gendered hierarchical division of labor that undermines the legitimacy of women programmers'identities;the combination of the overtime culture in technology companies and traditional gender role expectations makes women more likely to face work-family conflicts.This paper uses the concept of embodiment to simultaneously analyze women's experiences of exclusion and women's motivation to reconcile gender and professional identities and plan their career development,thus revealing how gender rules operate and are changed in programmers'work.
