治伤巴布剂3种药物组分交互作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究并分析治伤巴布剂3种药物组分之间的交互作用。方法:选取健康SD雄性大鼠108只,经处理建立创伤性软组织肿胀模型,按照L8(27)正交设计方案分组,每组12只,分别进行对应的处理,检测大鼠的肌肉组织肿胀瘀血情况及PGE2含量,分析治伤巴布剂3种药物组分的交互作用。结果:大鼠造模后局部软组织肿胀瘀血;正交试验表明,3个药物都有作用,其中血壳对结果影响最大,其次是虎杖、见风消,血壳、虎杖之间有交互作用(P<0.05),但极差R<0,其他药物组合无交互作用(P>0.05)。结论:血壳在治伤巴布剂促进肿胀消退过程中起主要作用;血壳与虎杖有交互作用,且交互性质为拮抗作用,其他药物组合无交互作用。Objective:To study and analyze the interaction of the three drug components of the Therapeutic Cataplasm.Methods:A total of 108 healthy male SD rats were selected and treated to establish the traumatic soft tissue swelling model.According to L8(27)orthogonal design,the rats were divided into two groups and the corresponding treatments were carried out.The swelling,blood stasis and the content of PGE2 were measured,and the interaction of three drug components of cataplasm were analyzed.Results:The rats were molded with local soft tissue swelling and blood stasis.The results of orthogonal experiments showed that all three drugs had an effect on the results,with Xueke(Schisandra propinqua)having the greatest effect,followed by Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma)and Jianfengxiao(Lindera glauca).There was an interaction between Xueke(Schisandra propinqua)and Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma)(P<0.05),but the range of R<0.There was no interaction between the other drug combinations(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Xueke(Schisandra propinqua)in Therapeutic Cataplasm plays a main role in promoting the swelling to subside.There is an antagonistic interaction between Xueke(Schisandra propinqua)and Huzhang(Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma),while there is no interaction between other drug combinations.
