近5年神阙穴临床主治规律的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:总结近5年来临床随机对照试验(RCTs)中神阙穴的主治范围及规律。方法:应用计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(WanFang Data),筛选出符合纳入标准的文献,以文献计量学的方法对纳入的文献进行统计,归纳和分析出神阙穴主治疾病的治疗相关情况。结果:共纳入文献497篇,发表文献数量呈现上升趋势。治疗的疾病有200种,继发性便秘和胃肠功能障碍文献数量最多,其次为腹泻、痛经、肠易激综合征等,共纳入患者21286例。作用于神阙穴的治疗方法有28种,以穴位贴敷、艾灸为主,联合治疗的方法有18种,常用联合治疗为针刺、中药口服、推拿;艾灸常用方法为隔物灸。常见病治疗频率主要为1次/d,治疗时长以≤30 min和(1,6]h为主,不同疾病常用外用药、配穴、疗程不同。结论:神阙穴治疗疾病范围广泛,治疗方式多样,具体治疗时长、疗程、用药、配穴因疾病种类不同而不同。Objective:To summarize the treatment scop and rules of Shenque(RN8)in clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)in recent 5 years.Methods:The Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,China Biomedical database(CBM),and Wanfang Data database(Wanfang Data)were searched by computer,and the literatures that met the inclusion criteria were screened out.The bibliometric method was used to statistically analyzed the included literatures,and summarized and analyzed the treatment related conditions of diseases mainly treated by Shenque(RN8).Results:A total of 497 literatures were included,and the number of published articles showed an upward trend.There were 200 diseases treated by Shenque(RN8),with the highest number of literature on secondary constipation and gastrointestinal dysfunction,followed by diarrhea,dysmenorrhea,irritable bowel syndrome.A total of 21286 patients were included.There were 28 kinds of treatment methods conducted on Shenque(RN8),and the mainly used methods were acupoint application and moxibustion.There were 18 kinds of combined treatment methods,and the most used methods were acupuncture,oral liquid of Chinese medicinal herb and massage.The common methods of moxibustion was indirect moxibustion.The treatment frequency of common diseases was mainly once a day,and the treatment duration were mainly≤30 min and(1,6)h.External medication,prescription of adjunct points and the courses of treatment were different in different diseases.Conclusion:Shenque(RN8)has a wide therapeutic range,and diverse therapeutic method.The specific treatment duration,course of treatment,medication,and acupoint combination vary depending on the type of disease.
