摘 要:为筛选具有遗传优势的西藏玉米地方品种,以西藏6份地方品种自交系为母本,5份杂交种为父本,用不完全双列杂交技术组配的30份杂交组合的F 1代11个农艺性状进行亲本一般配合力和杂交组合F 1代特殊配合力分析。结果表明,一般配合力较高的亲本DF125、DF128可作为选配优良品种的亲本;特殊配合力较高的杂交组合F 1代DF220×兆和A79可作为高产杂交组合组配高产品种,DF125×五谷703,DF128×吉单12,DF125×五谷214,DF135×吉单17,DF174×吉单12可组配中高产品种。In order to evaluate genetic advantages from Tibetan maize landraces,6 Tibetan maize landraces and 5 hybrids were selected.A total of 30 hybrid combinations were prepared by incomplete two-row cross technology.The general combining ability(GCA)of parents and the special combining ability(SCA)of F 1 with 11 agronomic traits were analyzed.The results showed that DF125 and DF128 which had higher GCA effect values could be used as parents for cross breeding;The F 1 of cross combinations with higher special cooperating power DF220×Zhaohe A79 can be used as high-yielding cross combinations to match high-yielding variety,DF125×Wugu 703,DF128×Jidan 12,DF125×Wugu 214,DF135×Jidan 17,DF174×Jidan 12 can be used to match medium-high yielding varieties in Tibet.
