摘　　要：市场主流的汽车顶棚面料有针织复合品、针刺非织造布和缝边非织造布3种。分别从生产工艺、材料性能、成本和模压性等方面对不同的汽车顶棚面料进行了对比和分析,以期为汽车主机厂开发顶棚件提供参考。Compound knitted fabric,needle punched non-woven fabric and stitched non-woven fabric are the mainstream automotive roof fabrics in the market.Different automotive roof fabrics are compared and analyzed from the perspectives of production process,material performance,cost and molding properties to provide reference for automotive OEMs developing automobile roof.
