摘 要:研究不同的试样制备方法对气流法测试苎麻纤维细度的影响。不同开松方式的影响:手扯开松对测试结果影响较大,测试结果不准确;小型梳棉机开松的测试结果与中段法的相近,结果准确。不同部位取样的影响:取整根苎麻精干麻条进行开松的试样,与取精干麻中段开松的试样相比,测得的气流量、计算的支数均无较大差异。结果表明:采用气流法测试苎麻精干麻的细度时,测试前应先用小型梳棉机进行开松,使试样均匀蓬松、无明显杂质和并丝;取整根精干麻条为试样时,测试结果准确且更具代表性。The influence of different sample preparation methods on the fineness of ramie fiber tested by air flow method was studied.Different methods were used to open and loosen the ramie fiber.Hand opening loosening had a great impact on the test results,and the test results were not accurate.The results of the small carding machine were close to the results of the middle section method,and were accurate.Samples were taken from different parts,from the whole degummed ramie and from the middle part.There was no significant difference in airflow value and the count between them.The results showed that the airflow method was used to test the fineness of degummed ramie and the small carding machine was used before the test.The fiber must be evenly fluffy and without obvious impurities and filaments.The whole degummed ramie was taken as the sample,and the test results were accurate and more representative.
