摘 要:【目的】探明云烟85、云烟87和云烟97等10个烤烟品种(系)对烟草赤星病的抗性水平,以期为抗病烟草品种选育及病害的科学防治提供参考。【方法】以离体叶片接菌法评价云烟85、云烟87、云烟97、贵烟5、贵烟8、红花大金元、毕纳1号、韭菜坪2号、K326和GZ36共10个烤烟品种(系)对烟草赤星病的抗性,采用喷施孢子悬浮液法评价其田间成熟、适熟和未熟烟叶对赤星病的抗性。【结果】10个烤烟品种(系)接种菌株CXB 5 d、7 d和10 d的病斑直径分别为9.25~15.13 mm、12.06~25.38 mm和13.25~28.75 mm,接种菌株P2-4 5 d、7 d和10 d的病斑直径分别为3.88~12.38 mm、4.00~19.00 mm和4.00~23.63 mm;接种菌株CXB10 d时云烟87、GZ36和红花大金元的抗性相对较强,病斑直径分别为13.25 mm、16.88 mm和17.00 mm;韭菜坪2号、云烟97和贵烟5的抗性相对较弱,病斑直径分别为28.75 mm、27.63 mm和26.75 mm;接种P2-4菌株10 d时,红花大金元、云烟97和韭菜坪2号的抗性相对较强,病斑直径分别为4.00 mm、5.38 mm和5.81 mm,云烟85、贵烟5和毕纳1号的抗性相对较弱,病斑直径分别为23.63 mm、21.00 mm和17.63 mm。10个烤烟品种(系)喷施赤星病病原菌孢子混合悬浮液21 d时,均以成熟烟叶病情指数最大,为56.67~97.78;未熟烟叶病情指数最小,为21.11~65.56;不同成熟度烟叶间均差异显著,成熟烟叶较适熟和未熟烟叶发病重。【结论】不同烤烟品种(系)对烟草赤星病的抗性不同,云烟87、GZ36和红花大金元的抗性相对较强;同一烤烟品种不同成熟度烟叶对烟草赤星病抗性存在显著差异,其中,未熟烟叶的抗病性最强,成熟烟叶最弱。【Objective】The resistance level of 10 flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)to tobacco brown spot,including Yunyan 85,Yunyan 87 and Yunyan 97,are investigated,so as to provide reference for breeding resistant tobacco varieties and scientific control of disease.【Method】The resistance of Yunyan 85,Yunyan 87,Yunyan 97,Guiyan 5,Guiyan 8,Honghuadajinyuan,Bina 1,Jiucaiping 2,K326 and GZ36 to tobacco brown spot are evaluated by in vitro leaf inoculation,and the resistance of mature,proper mature and immature leaves of 10 tobacco varieties(lines)in the field to tobacco brown spot are analyzed by spraying spore suspension.【Result】After inoculating CXB for 5 d,7 d and 10 d,the spot diameters of 10 flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)are 9.25-15.13 mm,12.06-25.38 mm and 13.25-28.75 mm respectively.After inoculating P2-4 for 5 d,7 d and 10 d,the spot diameters are 3.88-12.38 mm,4.00-19.00 mm and 4.00-23.63 mm,respectively.Yunyan 87,GZ36,Honghuadajinyuan own higher resistant abilities with the spot diameters of 13.25 mm,16.88 mm and 17.00 mm on the 10th day after inoculating CXB,respectively,while Jiucaiping 2,Yunyan 97 and Guiyan 5 have lower resistant abilities with the spot diameters of 28.75 mm,27.63 mm and 26.75 mm,respectively.Honghuadajinyuan,Yunyan 97 and Jiucaiping 2 have higher resistant abilities with the spot diameter of 4.00 mm,5.38 mm and 5.81 mm on the 10th day after inoculating P2-4,while Yunyan 85,Guiyan 5 and Bina1 have lower resistant abilities with the spot diameter of 23.63 mm,21.00 mm and 17.63 mm,respectively.The disease index of mature tobacco leaves are the highest withe the index of 56.67-97.78,while the disease index of immature tobacco leaves are the lowest with the index of 21.11-65.56 after spraying the mixed spore suspension of tobacco brown spot pathogen for 21 d.There are significant differences in the incidence of tobacco leaves with different maturity degree,and the mature tobacco leaves are more serious than proper mature and immature tobacco leaves.【Conclusion】Different flue-cu
