摘  要:融合发展是时代进步的趋势,是逐渐模糊边界新兴发展的专业方向,也是科技期刊发展的新方向。为期刊融合发展提供决策参考,在采用PEST分析的基础上,引入SWOT分析法,将两者结合构建PEST-SWOT矩阵模型,以《贵州农业科学》为例,系统分析地方科技期刊管理模式不同因素的作用,提出应该选择“多元型战略”,利用自身优势开展多元化经营,避免或降低外部威胁的打击,分散风险;坚持改革措施,积极创新融合发展的新技术途径;坚持与时俱进,积极稳妥推进与地方农业特色优势产业的融合发展和坚持优化协同高效,积极协调深入与第三方技术企业融合发展的新策略。Integrated development indicates the progress of times,is the emerging specialty as gradually blurring the boundaries,and is the new direction for scientific and technical journal.Based on PEST analysis,SWOT analysis is introduced to build a PEST-SWOT matrix model to provide decision reference for journal integrated development.Taking Guizhou Agricultural Science as the example,the function of different factors in management model for regional scientific and technical journals are systematically analyzed,and then the“diversified strategy”is suggested,which can manage the journal according itself advantages,avoid or reduce the external threats,and disperse the risk.The reform measure are put forward to actively innovate the new technology and pathway for integrated development.The suggestion of keeping pace with the times is also put forward,including actively and steadily promoting the integrated development of journal and local characteristic agricultural and advantageous industry,adhering to optimal integrated development with high efficiency,and actively utilizing new strategies when jointly develop with technology enterprises.
