摘 要:为改善测定土壤样品中汞含量时出现的准确度、精密度和重现性低、空白背景值较高等现象,通过考察沸水浴消解和电热板消解两种土壤样品的前处理方法、消解液种类以及仪器检测等因素,建立了盐酸消解-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中总汞的方法。结果表明,土壤样品选用盐酸溶液(1+1)在沸水浴下加热消解、在热汞条件下测定总汞含量,方法标准曲线的相关系数大于0.999,仪器检出限为0.006μg/g,精密度为1.2%~4.0%(n=7)。方法快速简单,空白背景低,样品精密度准确度较高,适用于土壤中总汞的测定。In order to improve the low accuracy,precision and reproducibility as well as the high blank background value in the determination of mercury content in soil samples,a method for the determination of total mercury in soil by hydrochloric acid digestion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established.The factors such as the pretreatment(boiling water bath digestion and electrothermal plate digestion),type of digestion solution and instrument detection of soil samples were investigated.The results showed that the soil samples were dissolved with hydrochloric acid solution(1+1)in a boiling water bath,and the total mercury content was determined under the condition of hot mercury.The correlation coefficient of the standard curve of the method was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.006μg/g,and the precision was 1.2%-4.0%(n=7).The method is fast and simple,with low blank background,high sample precision and accuracy.It is suitable for the determination of total mercury in soil.
