宋新庄煤矿顶板密集钻孔切顶卸压护巷技术研究

摘　　要：宋新庄煤矿110303工作面回风巷受110301工作面采动影响,巷道呈现大变形特征而无法满足正常生产需要。因此,在采区对翼110302工作面回采期间于运输巷顶板施工密集钻孔切顶卸压技术,进而优化110304回风巷采后侧向应力分布。结合工作面地质条件,通过理论分析与FLAC3D数值模拟,确定了切顶高度、角度、孔间距等关键技术参数,研究了切顶前后巷道围岩应力演化规律,数值计算结果显示切顶后降低了巷道顶板与煤柱侧应力集中程度,煤柱内部垂直应力降低约36%,水平应力降低约11%,巷道位移量明显降低。通过工业性试验表明,切顶卸压后,110304回风巷顶板、帮部围岩内裂隙发育减少,两帮相对移进量为249 mm,顶底板相对移进量为237 mm,巷道变形得到有效控制,成功将110304回风巷保留下来。该技术可为宋新庄煤矿后续开采提供一定的技术参考。The 110303 working face air return way in Songxinzhuang Coal Mine was affected by the mining of 110301 working face,and the large deformation occurred in the air return way which failed to meet normal production requirements.Therefore,dense drilling holes were constructed in the roof of the transport lane during the recovery of 110302 working face in the opposite wing of the mining area to relieve the pressure,and optimize the post-mining lateral stress distribution in 110304 air return way.Combining with the geological conditions of the working face,through theoretical analysis and FLAC3D numerical simulation,key technical parameters such as roof cutting height,angle and hole spacing were determined,and the stress evolution law of the surrounding rock of the roadway before and after roof cutting was studied.The displacement in the roadway was significantly reduced.Industrial tests showed that after the roof cutting pressure relief,the development of fissures in the roof and surrounding rocks of 110304 air return way was reduced,the convergence of the side walls was 249 mm and roof-tofloor convergence was 237 mm,the roadway deformation was controlled and the 110304 air return way was retained.
