摘  要:针对近距离高瓦斯煤层群首采层回采工作面“U”型通风条件下,邻近层瓦斯通过煤岩体卸压产生的裂隙大量涌入到上隅角并进入回风流造成瓦斯超限的问题,以东于煤矿03X04回采工作面为研究对象,分析了回采工作面“U”型通风条件下采空区卸压瓦斯运移规律,从而确定了“回采工作面运输、轨道巷+高、底抽巷”相结合的“一面四巷”联合瓦斯治理技术方案。现场应用结果表明:回采工作面瓦斯抽采率达到81%,本煤层瓦斯含量下降了33%,完全处于卸压范围内的边部底抽巷拦截钻孔抽采纯量达到单孔0.02~0.03 m3/min,瓦斯抽采浓度最高达90%,抽采纯量提升2倍以上,大幅度减小了下邻近层瓦斯涌入回采工作面和上隅角,回采工作面轨道巷和边部底抽巷回风流瓦斯浓度稳定在0.2%~0.4%,上隅角瓦斯浓度处于0.3%~0.4%,有效地解决了回采工作面“U”型通风条件下上隅角和回风流瓦斯超限的问题,保证了矿井安全高效生产。Under the“U”type ventilation condition of the first mining face of the contiguous high gas coal seams group,a large amount of gas from the adjacent seams pours into the upper corner through the cracks generated by the pressure relief of the coal and rock mass and enters the return air flow,resulting in the gas over run.Taking the 03X04 mining face of Dongyu Coal Mine as the research object,the pressure relief gas migration law in the goaf under the U-type ventilation condition of the mining face was analyzed,to determine the“four lanes for one face”combined gas control technical scheme of transportation lane+track lane+high and floor extraction lane.The field application results show that the gas extraction rate of the working face reached 81%,the gas content of this coal seam declined by 33%,the net amount of gas extraction from the intercepting boreholes of the side and floor extraction roadway completely within the pressure relief range reached 0.02-0.03 m3/min per hole,the maximum gas extraction concentration reached 90%,and the net amount of gas extraction increased by more than 2 times,greatly reducing the influx of gas into the working face and the upper corner of the lower adjacent seam.The gas concentration of the return air flow in the track lane and the side floor extraction roadway of the mining face stabilized at 0.2%-0.4%,and the gas concentration in the upper corner was 0.3%-0.4%,which effectively solved the problem that the gas over-run in the upper corner and the return air flow under U-type ventilation,and ensured the safe and efficient production of the mine.
