摘  要:针对掩护式液压支架升柱过程的不同步问题,在分析立柱升柱工况基础上,构建了立柱-液控单向阀升柱模型,基于阀芯受力平衡建立了立柱液控单向阀的阀芯开启量表达式,给出了立柱不同步的理论条件,并建立升柱系统的AMESim仿真模型,分析了立柱负载大小和液控单向阀阻尼孔直径对立柱同步的影响特性,给出了立柱不同步问题的改进方案,并用仿真与实验进行了验证。研究结果表明:造成两根立柱不同步的根本原因是两根立柱的负载不同,且负载相差越大,阀芯开启量相差也越大,不同步越明显;立柱液控单向阀主阀芯后腔阻尼孔直径对左右立柱的同步性能影响很小,且负载较大的立柱对应的液控单向阀阀芯开启时会出现一个冲击振动,阀芯会先开大然后再趋于较小的稳定值。In view of the non-synchronous column lifting process of the shield hydraulic support,the working conditions of the column lifting are analyzed,the column lifting model comprising the column and pilot operated check valve is constructed,the expression of the valve core opening value of the column pilot operated check valve is established based on the force balance of the valve core,the theoretical conditions of the column non-synchronous are given,and the AMESim simulation model of the column lifting system is established.The influence characteristics of column load and hydraulic control check valve damping hole diameter on column synchronization are analyzed,and the improvement scheme of column non-synchronization is given,which is verified by simulation and experiment.The research results show that the non-synchronous movement of the two columns is caused by their load difference,and when that get larger,the opening difference of the valve cores enlarges,and the non-synchronous movement gets more obvious;the diameter of the damping hole in the rear chamber of the main valve core of the hydraulic control check valve of the column has little effect on the synchronization performance of the left and right columns,and when the valve core of the hydraulic control check valve corresponding to the column with larger load opens,shock vibration occurs,and the valve core opens wide first and then stabilizes at a smaller opening.
