摘  要:为探索不同密度细粒煤对浮选过程的影响,将不同密度细粒煤泥以不同的配比掺入到粗粒煤中进行试验。利用浮选入料和重选精煤作为试验煤样,用重选精煤制备粗粒煤泥和低密度细粒煤泥,利用有机重液,通过浮沉试验将浮选入料样制备成不同密度的细粒煤。在不同的掺配比例下,首先进行了最佳药剂量试验,然后以最佳药剂量对不同的浮选入料进行浮选速度试验。试验结果表明,低密度细粒煤对浮选影响不是很明显;中密度细粒煤存在时,对粗粒煤浮选速度的影响不如低密度细粒煤明显;高密度细粒煤会通过夹带作用,大幅度降低浮选精煤质量。In order to explore the impact of fine coal with different densities on the flotation process,experiments were conducted by mixing fine coal slimes with different densities and proportions into coarse coal.Test coal samples are prepared using flotation feed and gravity-separated coal,coarse coal slime and low density fine coal slime are prepared with gravityseparated coal,and flotation feed samples are prepared into fine coal with different densities with organic heavy liquid.Under different mixing ratios,the optimal dosage test was conducted first,then the flotation speed test was conducted for different flotation feeds with the optimal dosage.The experimental results show that the effect of low density fine coal on flotation is not obvious;when medium density fine coal exists,the effect on the flotation speed of coarse grained coal is not as obvious as that of low density fine coal;high density fine coal can significantly reduce the quality of flotation clean coal through entrainment.
