摘 要:为解决暗斜井带式输送机中部转载装置受空间限制、结构设计不合理而导致堵料、撒料、粉尘污染等问题,建立了转载物料力学模型;利用离散元方法对三种工况的物料转运过程进行仿真研究,分析卸料效率、输送量及料流轨迹特性。根据现场工况设计出一种中部转载装置并总结出设计方法,利用3D打印技术对转载装置进行预设计和制造。结果表明,利用物料速度、输送量和物料轨迹等参数设计出的中部转载装置在转运过程中无堵料、撒料情况,并通过设计方法不断改善、优化结构,减小物料对中部转载装置及输送带的冲击,延长寿命,具有实际工程应用价值。As the middle transfer device of the belt conveyor in the blind inclined shaft is subject to space limitation and unreasonable design,which leads to blockage,spilage and dust pollution problems,a mechanical model of the transfer material is established,and the material transfer process of three working conditions is simulated using discrete element method,to analyze the discharge efficiency,conveying volume and material flow trajectory characteristics.Them,a middle transfer device is designed and the design method is summarized,using 3D printing to pre-design and manufacture the device.The results show that the middle transfer device has no blockage and spillage of material in the transfer process,and by constantly improving the design method,optimizing the structure,the impact of the material on the device and conveyor belt is reduced to extend its service life.
