环泊酚单药与联合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉效果比较

摘　　要：目的:观察环泊酚单药与环泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼在无痛胃镜检查中的麻醉效果。方法:选取门诊无痛胃镜检查的成人患者115例,随机分为联合组和单药组。联合组给予舒芬太尼0.1μg/kg+环泊酚0.4 mg/kg;单药组给予环泊酚0.6 mg/kg。观察两组患者镇静成功率、血流动力学变化、麻醉诱导时间、苏醒时间、不良事件发生率、镇静药物总用量。结果:联合组与单药组两组镇静成功率均为100%,两组患者麻醉诱导后心率与平均动脉压均低于同组诱导前(P<0.05)。与单药组相比,联合组环泊酚总用量明显减少(P<0.001),麻醉诱导时间更快(P<0.05)。联合组患者总体不良事件发生率明显低于单药组(P<0.001),主要表现为呛咳发生率更低。结论:环泊酚联合小剂量舒芬太尼可用于门诊胃镜检查患者的镇静,具有药物总用量少、不良事件发生率低等优势。Objective:To observe the anesthetic effects of ciprofol alone and ciprofol combined with low-dose sufentanil in painless gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 115 adult outpatients undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into combined group and single group.Combined group was given 0.1μg/kg of sufentanil and 0.4 mg/kg of ciprofol.Single group was given 0.6 mg/kg of ciprofol.The successful rate of sedation,hemodynamic changes,induction time,recovery time,incidence of adverse events,and total dosage of ciprofol were observed.Results:The successful rate of sedation was 100%in both groups.The heart rate and mean arterial pressure after induction in both groups were lower than those before induction(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,total dosage of ciprofol in combined group was significantly reduced,and the induction time was shorter(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in combined group was significantly lower than that in single group(P<0.001),mainly manifested by a lower incidence of choking cough(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ciprofol combined with low-dose sufentanil can be used for sedation of patients undergoing gastroscopy,with advantages of less total drug dosage and lower incidence of adverse events.
