摘　　要：目的:调查和探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)患者人格心理特征及与疾病严重程度的相关关系。方法:采用横断面调查方法,从2018年10月至2019年12月方便抽取某三甲医院睡眠监测中心因睡觉打鼾就诊患者307例,采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)和多导睡眠监测(PSG)对其人格心理特征、白天嗜睡程度以及睡眠状况进行调查分析。结果:307例调查对象确诊为OSAHS患者271例,单纯性鼾症患者36例;OSAHS患者以精神质P型人格类型为主,占73.32%,但OSAHS组与单纯性鼾症组EPQ人格各量表得分对比均无显著性差异(P>0.05);OSAHS患者EPQ人格神经质(N)量表得分与其ESS得分呈正相关关系,精神质(P)量表得分与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:OSAHS患者EPQ人格特征主要以精神质P型人格特征为主,其与疾病严重程度存在一定相关关系,而OSAHS患者的神经质N型人格与其白天嗜睡程度存在明显相关性。Objective:To investigate and analyze the personality characteristics and the relationship with severity of disease in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hyponea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:This was a cross-sectional survey,and 307 subjects in the Sleep Monitoring Center of a tertiary hospital were included.All patients had a diagnostic full-night attended polysomnography(PSG)and completed Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS).Results:A total of 271 OSAHS patients and 30 snorers completed this survey.The main personality type of OSAHS patients was psychotic(EPQ-P)type,accounting for 73.32%,but there was no significant difference between OSAHS patients and snorers in EPQ personality scale scores(P>0.05);the neuroticism(EPQ-N)score of EPQ in OSAHS patients was positively correlated with ESS score and the psychot-ic(EPQ-P)score was negatively correlated with AHI(P<0.05).Conclusion:The EPQ-P personality type is the main personality characteristics of OSAHS patients,which is significantly correlated with the severity of the disease,and neurotic personality type is significantly correlated with daytime sleepiness.
