摘　　要：当前,社会焦虑成为当代中国转型期无法回避的社会心理问题,博物馆作为文化机构,对促进个人心理健康和公共健康具有极大的发展潜力,但目前国际上利用博物馆馆藏文物专门疗愈焦虑的案例并不多,且诸多实践案例中并没有一个较为明确的疗愈文物筛选体系。鉴于此,以质性研究为主,基于国内外疗愈理论与实践,试图构建物理和心理层面的疗愈要素,并以上海博物馆馆藏为例,以期为本土博物馆在疗愈实践中筛选藏品提供参考。In present days,social anxiety has become an unavoidable social and psychological issue during the transitional period in today's China.As cultural institution,museums possess great potential to foster individual,and public mental health.However even in worldwide scope,there are not many cases focusing on using museum collections to heal anxiety,and there is no clear selecting system for healing cultural objects in many available cases.This article,focusing on qualitative research based on Chinese and international healing theories and practices,attempts to construct physical and psychological healing factors.Taking Shanghai Museum collection as example,it aims to provide reference and paradigm for Chinese museums to select objects from their collections in healing practices.
