摘　　要：本文对eCASH理念的概念、内容及其在ICU机械通气患者镇静镇痛中的应用效果和影响因素进行综述,为进一步落实eCASH理念在ICU机械通气患者中的应用、改善患者的健康结局提供参考。This article reviews the concept and content of eCASH concept as well as its application effect and influencing factors in sedation and analgesia nursing of patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU,so as to provide references for further implementation of the application of eCASH concept in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU and improving patients'health outcome.
