摘 要:针对铁矿渣路基填料振动碾压特性尚不清楚的问题,结合唐山地区铁矿渣级配特征和遵秦段高速公路振动碾压施工特点分析,提出了一种模拟铁矿渣路基填料振动碾压过程的离散元数值分析方法,从铁矿渣路基填料颗粒族破碎及其引起的孔隙率、沉降变化特征出发探讨了振动碾压效果,并揭示了振动参数、松铺厚度的影响机制。计算结果表明,振动作用力中碾轮自重占比大于80%时,振动碾压作用引起的铁矿渣路基颗粒族破碎率、孔隙率变化量及沉降的变化特征与不考虑振动的移动碾压效果差别不大,在颗粒族破碎率达到40%或振动碾压2次后路基填料沉降均趋于稳定;改变振动参数大小引起的振动作用力变化较小时,对振动碾压过程中铁矿渣路基填料颗粒族破碎、孔隙率及沉降的变化特征影响较小;在振动碾压影响范围内,增大松铺厚度对铁矿渣路基填料振动压实效果影响较小,但对提高施工效率可以产生积极的作用。In view of the response characteristics that iron slag subgrade filler under vibration and rolling compaction are not clear,combined with the analysis of the grading characteristics of iron slag in Tangshan area and the vibration rolling construction features of Zun(hua)-Qin(huangdao)Expressway,a discrete element numerical method for simulating the vibration rolling process of iron slag as subgrade filling is proposed.The effect of vibration rolling compaction is discussed and the influence mechanism of vibration parameters and loose paving thickness is revealed by analyzing the variation of particle crushing rate porosity and settlement of the iron slag as subgrade filling during vibration rolling compaction.The calculation results indicate that when the self-weight of the roller accounts for more than 80%of the vibration force,the variation of particle crushing rate,porosity and settlement of iron slag as subgrade filling caused by vibration rolling compaction are not different from that of the moving rolling effect without considering vibration,and the settlement of subgrade filling tends to be stable after the particles crushing rate reaches 40%or vibration rolling reaches twice.The change of vibration parameters causing small variation of vibration force has minor effect on the responses of particles crushing,porosity and settlement of iron slag as subgrade filling during vibration rolling compaction.Within the influence range of vibratory compaction,increasing the loose paving thickness has little effect on the vibratory compaction effect of iron slag as subgrade filling,but it can play apositive role in improving the construction efficiency.
