摘 要:波纹钢箱形结构在荷载作用下的内力以弯矩为主,不符合传统管拱形波纹钢桥涵所依据的环向压力理论,需要考虑弯矩影响。目前该类截面尺寸参数对结构的响应影响水平研究不够深入,截面尺寸参数拟定往往依据经验确定。依据跨径为6.74 m的波纹钢箱形模型试验的结构尺寸参数建立数值模型,采用正交试验法,以结构的弯矩和变形为试验指标,进行跨度、矢高、拱肩半径、起拱高度和截面刚度关于试验指标的敏感性分析。研究表明,跨度和起拱高度对结构的弯矩和变形影响最为明显,截面刚度次之,矢高和拱肩半径对结构影响最小。The internal force of corrugated steel box structure under load is mainly bending moment,which does not accord with the circumferential pressure theory based on the traditional pipe arch corrugated steel bridge culvert,so the influence of bending moment should be considered.At present,the research on the influence level of such section size parameters on structure response is not thorough enough,and the formulation of section size parameters is often determined by experience.In this paper,a numerical model is established based on the structural dimension parameters of the box model test of corrugated steel with the span of 6.74 m.The sensitivity of span,vector height,arch shoulder radius,arch height and section stiffness to the test indexes is analyzed by using orthogonal test method and taking the bending moment and deformation of the structure as the test indexes.The results show that the span and arch height have the most obvious influence on the bending moment and deformation of the structure,followed by the section stiffness,and the height of the arch and the radius of the arch shoulder have the least influence on the structure.
