摘　　要：城镇化的不断加速,城市范围的不断延伸,使得当前城市不得不面临四大交通问题:“热”—绿色化不足,污染严重;“平”—立体化不足,形式单一;“挤”—智慧化不足,交通拥堵;“灾”—安全化不足,灾害频发。为应对四大问题,提出智慧地下立体交通网,即“慧地之衢”,以戈德堡多面体的正十二面体为交通网结构,设计同层路网和层间磁流体管道,其转换节点作为交通换乘枢纽,并倡导地下城市建设围绕交通换乘枢纽展开,实现“交通引导开发”内涵;以构建的“交通大脑”云平台为中枢,实现与智慧设施的实时通信;以正常工况和灾害工况为背景进行场景设计,实现正常工况的运营设想和灾害工况的运营预演。此概念设计作品——“慧地之衢”旨在以可持续发展为目标,建立绿色、立体、智慧、安全的地下立体交通网,以期为未来城市规划设计提供解决思路和方法。With the continuous acceleration of urbanization and the continuous extension of city scope,today's city faces four major traffic problems:“hot”-lack of green with serious pollution issue;“flat”-lack of three-dimension with single form;“crowded”-lack of intelligence with traffic congestion;and“disaster”-lack of safety with frequent disasters.In response to the four problems,in this paper,the“Hui Di Zhi Qu”,an intelligent underground three-dimensional transportation network is proposed,which uses the regular dodecahedron of Goldberg polyhedron as the traffic network structure,the same floor road network and inter-floor magnetic fluid pipeline are designed with its transfer nodes as traffic transition hubs.It also advocates the construction of an underground city around the traffic transfer hub so as to realize the connotation of“traffic-guided development.”The cloud platform“Traffic Brain”serves as the backbone for real-time communication with intelligent facilities.Scenario design is carried out in the background of normal working conditions and disaster working conditions,so as to realize the operation assumption of normal working conditions and the operation rehearsal of disaster working conditions.This conceptual design work-“Hui Di Zhi Qu”aims to establish a green,three-dimensional,smart and safe underground three-dimensional transportation network with the goal of sustainable development,in order to provide solutions and methods for the design of the future urban underground three-dimensional transportation network.
