摘  要:对建筑垃圾流动化回填材料的配合比设计方法进行研究。通过试验手段对回填材料流动度与用水量的关系、回填材料中粉煤灰掺量确定方法、回填材料强度与水泥用量的关系进行分析。确定建筑垃圾回填材料流动度与用水量之间的关系表;提出利用回填材料最大堆积密度确定粉煤灰掺量;建立了建筑垃圾回填材料灰砂比、水固比与回填材料强度之间的关系式。在此基础上采用体积法或质量法建立了以回填材料中水泥用量、粉煤灰用量、建筑垃圾和水的用量为未知数的四元一次方程组,通过求解得到建筑垃圾回填材料每立方米组成材料的用量,形成了完整的建筑垃圾细料制备流动化回填材料的配合比设计流程。The design method of mixing ratio for flowable backfill materials of construction waste is studied.The relationship between fluidity and water demand,determination of fly ash content,and the relationship between compressive strength of backfill materials and volume of cement are analyzed by experiment and test.A relationship table between fluidity and water demand is determined.The maximum packing density of backfill material is used to determine the fly ash content.The relationship between cement-sand ratio,water-solid ratio and strength of construction waste backfill material is established.On this basis,the volume method or mass method is used to establish a four-element equation set with the amount of cement,fly ash,construction waste and water in the backfill material as the unknown quantity.By solving the equation,the amount of construction waste backfill material per cubic meter is obtained,and therefore the complete mix design flow of construction waste fine material to prepare flowable backfill materials.
