摘  要:为了改善部分包覆组合(PEC)柱的平腹板易变形、钢骨与混凝土易分离的问题,提出了一种波形腹板部分包覆组合柱。针对此类柱构件,考虑不同波形板布置方向、偏心距和翼缘厚度,设计12根波形腹板PEC柱和2根平腹板PEC柱,并进行偏心加载试验。研究结果表明:与平腹板PEC柱相比,垂直波形腹板PEC柱在大偏心荷载与小偏心荷载作用下承载力分别提高了11%、4%,水平波形腹板PEC柱在小偏心荷载作用下延性提高了3%;翼缘厚度是决定波形腹板PEC柱承载力的关键因素,适当增大翼缘厚度可以提高柱的承载力。通过挠度和应变分析得出,波形腹板PEC柱具有比平腹板PEC柱更好的变形性能,垂直波形腹板对混凝土具有较强的约束能力。利用ABAQUS软件对试验进行了有限元模拟,所得翼缘的屈曲变形、钢-混凝土的分离与试验结果吻合较好。采用极限平衡法推导了波形腹板PEC柱在偏心受压下的承载力计算公式,理论值与试验值吻合较好,验证了该公式的正确性。In order to address the issues of partially encased composite(PEC)columns that its flat web is easy to deform and the steel plate is easy to separate from the concrete,a kind of PEC columns with corrugated webs was proposed.Considering different directions of corrugated webs,load eccentricities and flange thicknesses,twelve PEC columns with corrugated webs and two PEC columns with flat webs were designed and tested under eccentric compression.Compared to PEC columns with flat webs,the load-bearing capacity of PEC columns with vertical corrugated webs under large-eccentricity loading and small-eccentricity loading increased by 11%and 4%respectively,and the ductility of PEC columns with horizontal corrugated webs under small-eccentricity loading increased by 3%.The flange thickness is the key factor to determine the load-bearing capacity of PEC columns with corrugated webs.Properly increasing the flange thickness can improve the bearing capacity of the columns.According to the analysis of deflection and strains,the PEC columns with corrugated webs have better deformation performance than those with flat webs,and the vertical corrugated webs have relatively strong restraining ability to concrete.The test was simulated using the finite element method with the ABAQUS software.The buckling deformation of flange and the separation of steel and concrete obtained by the finite element method are in good agreement with the test results.The formula for the bearing capacity of PEC columns with corrugated webs under eccentric compression was derived using the limit equilibrium method.The theoretical values are in good agreement with the experimental ones,the correctness of the formula is verified.
