摘  要:目的:探讨4D超声子宫输卵管造影术的临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年6月因不孕症行4D超声子宫输卵管造影术患者963例,其中原发性不孕症患者226例,继发性不孕症患者737例,统计输卵管造影情况(双侧输卵管通畅为正常;双侧输卵管不通、一侧输卵管通畅及另一侧输卵管不通、一侧输卵管通畅及另一侧输卵管通而不畅、双侧输卵管通而不畅均为异常)。结果:4D超声子宫输卵管造影术检查不孕患者的输卵管异常率为61.99%,其中原发性不孕症患者输卵管异常率为50.00%,继发性不孕症患者输卵管异常率为65.67%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女性不孕症患者各年龄段输卵管异常率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),随年龄增长,输卵管异常率增高。结论:随着年龄的增长,输卵管异常率逐渐增加。4D超声子宫输卵管造影术是一种有效的输卵管通畅性的检查方法,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of 4D ultrasound hysterosalpingography.Methods:A total of 963 patients with infertility who underwent 4D ultrasound hysterosalpingography in hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected,including 226 patients with primary infertility and 737 patients with secondary infertility.The fallopian tube abnormalities(bilateral fallopian tube patency was normal,and bilateral fallopian tube patency was normal.Bilateral fallopian tube obstruction,one side of the fallopian tube patency and the other side of the fallopian tube obstruction,one side of the fallopian tube patency and the other side of the fallopian tube obstruction,bilateral fallopian tube obstruction are abnormal).Results:The rate of fallopian tube abnormality in infertility patients was 61.99%,50.00%in primary infertility patients and 65.67%in secondary infertility patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were differences in the rate of fallopian tube abnormalities in female infertility patients of different ages(P<0.01),and the rate of fallopian tube abnormalities increased with age.Conclusion:With the increase of age,the rate of fallopian tube abnormalities gradually increases.4D ultrasound hysterosalpingography is an effective method for the examination of fallopian tube patency,which has good clinical application value.
