摘　　要：目的:观察蒿甲醚乳剂在女性外阴湿疹治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年6月上海市嘉定区中医医院皮肤科和上海健康医学院附属周浦医院皮肤科门诊收治的女性外阴湿疹患者70例。采用随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组给予蒿甲醚乳剂治疗,对照组给予他克莫司软膏治疗,两组均治疗4周。比较两组患者的总有效率、治疗前后改良湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分、瘙痒程度变化及复发情况,评价其临床疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.86%和85.71%,两组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组EASI评分均有改善,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后瘙痒评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);但治疗后,两组评分无显著差异(P>0.05);疗程结束后1、3个月随访,两组复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蒿甲醚乳剂治疗女性外阴湿疹疗效确切,与他克莫司软膏疗效相当。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of artemether emulsion in the treatment of vulvar eczema in women.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,70 cases of female vulvar eczema patients admitted to the Jiading Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Zhoupu Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Health Medical College were enrolled as the study subjects.The randomization method was used to divide into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Artemether emulsion and the control group was given tacrolimus ointment,and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The total response rate,area and severity index of eczema(EASI)before and after treatment score,change in itching degree and recurrence were compared between the two groups,and their clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated.Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 82.86% and 85.71%,respectively,and the efficacy of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after treatment,the EASI scores of the two groups were improved statistically significantly(P<0.01),the itching scores of the two groups were compared with statistical significance(P<0.01),and the recurrence rate between the two groups was not significantly compared with the follow-up 1 and 3 months after the end of the course of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Artemether emulsion has a definite efficacy in the treatment of vulvar eczema in women,which is comparable to tacrolimus ointment.
