浙江民办高校与广东民办高校异同点比较及启示  

Comparison of the Similarities and Differences between Zhejiang Private Universities and Guangdong Private Universities and Its Enlightenment

摘　　要：办学层次深度“纵比”的差异,政府对民办高校支持方式差异,独立学院转设进度及转设后性质的区别,两省民办高校合并方式差异,民主党派是否参与举办民办高校,是浙江、广东两省民办高校的五个不同点。民办高校由民营公司、教育投资公司出资举办的居多,两省在清末至民国期间均有开办私立高校的历史基础,办学的经济环境相似,是浙江、广东两省民办高校的三个共同点。两省地方政府对民办高校的支持政策,利用民营上市集团和社会募捐增加民办高校的办学资金,是其他省份可以借鉴之处。There exist some differences between Zhejiang private universities and Guangdong private universities in the following five aspects,namely,the“vertical comparison”of the depth of running schools,the way how the governments support private universities,the schedule of the transformation of independent universities and the nature after the transformation,the way how private universities in the two provinces merge,and whether the democratic parties participate in the establishment of private universities.There also exist three similarities between the private universities of the two provinces,namely,most private universities are funded by private companies and education investment companies,both of the two provinces established private universities from the late Qing dynasty to the republic of China,and the economic environment of running school is similar.What can be used as reference for other provinces in establishing private universities is the following two points,namely,the local governments of the two provinces issue certain policies to support the private universities,and the funds of running school are increased by making use of the private listed groups and social fundraising.
