摘　　要：随着大数据技术的出现并飞速发展,图书馆的服务效能已经显现出其中的短板,已经不能满足广大读者对信息的需求,急需运用新的技术为图书馆服务工作开辟新的路径。当前,图书馆在大数据背景下面临一些冲击和困难,因而图书馆应转变服务理念,创新服务模式,以新技术为基准,提高服务效率,建立一种以读者需求为导向的服务新模式。With the emergence and rapid development of big data technology,the efficiency of library service has shown its shortcomings,which can't satisfy the need of the majority of readers for information.It is urgent to apply the new technology to open up the new path for the library service work.At present,libraries face some shocks and difficulties under the background of big data.Therefore,libraries should change their service concept,innovate the service mode,take new technology as the benchmark,improve the service efficiency,and establish a new service mode oriented by the readers’demands.
