打孔法治疗面部单纯性皮脂腺囊肿的应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨面部单纯性皮脂腺囊肿美容微创的治疗方法。方法选取2022年2月~8月在我科门诊就诊的具有手术指征的面部单纯性皮脂腺囊肿患者48例,采用打孔法进行治疗,视情况用6-0无损伤缝线缝合或不缝合伤口。结果48例患者开口均获得Ⅰ期愈合,术后采用电话或微信随访6~12个月,均无复发,其中28例患者获得门诊随访,均达到良好的美容效果,患者满意。结论打孔法治疗面部单纯性皮脂腺囊肿因创伤小、术后无复发、美容效果明显,患者满意度高。Objective To explore the minimally invasive treatment of simple sebaceous cyst on the face.Methods Forty-eight patients with facial simple sebaceous cyst with surgical indications were selected from the outpatient department of our department from February to August 2022.They were treated with the perforation method,and the wounds were closed or not closed with 6-0 noninjury-free suture according to the situation.Results All the 48 patients were healed in stagel,and no recurrence was observed after 6-12 months of follow-up by phone or wechat.Conclusions Conclusion The treatment of facial simple sebaceous cyst with perforation is worthy of clinical promotion because of its small trauma,no recurrence after surgery,obvious cosmetic effect and high satisfaction of patients.
