微针联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗雄激素性脱发临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察微针联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗雄激素性脱发的临床疗效。方法 选择2019年12月—2022年2月接受雄激素性脱发患者为研究对象,根据中国雄激素性秃发诊疗指南,按BASP分型法,纳入轻、中度AGA患者120名。随机将其分四组,1.0mm滚针联合5%米诺地尔酊组(A组)、0.5mm滚针联合5%米诺地尔酊组(B组)、单独外用米诺地尔酊组(C组),0.75mm电动微针联合5%米诺地尔酊组(D组),四组患者治疗后都给予640nm红光治疗。每周1次,共治疗4个月(16周)。观察对比四组患者临床疗效。结果 在同一治疗时间段内,微针治疗组效果显著,1.0mm滚针与0.75mm电动微针对患者治疗效果差异不显著,无统计学意义(P> 0.05),两者较0.5mm滚针治疗效果明显,有统计学意义(P <0.05),0.75mm电动微针组疼痛评分较传统滚针组明显减轻,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 滚针的长短,影响治疗雄激素性脱发效果,在患者耐受的情况下选择适合的长度有利于促进毛发的生长,提高疗效。相比之下,电动微针振动频率高,疼痛度低,患者相对治疗时间缩短,更容易耐受,值得推广于临床。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of micro-needle combined with 5%minoxidil tincture in the treatment of Androgenetic Alopecia.Method Based on Basic And Specific Classification,the research choose patients accepting Androgenetic Alopecia therapy from December 2019 to February 2022 as the research object,including 120 mild and moderate AGA patients according to the Diagnosis and Treatment Guideline of AGA in China.Patients are randomly divided into four groups,1.Omm needle roller combined with 5%minoxidil tincture group(group A),0.5mm needle roller combined with 5%minoxidil tincture group(group B),external minoxidil tincture group only(group C),0.75mm electric micro-needle combined with 5%minoxidil tincture group(group D),all four groups were given 640nm red light therapy after treatment once a week,lasting for 4 months(16 weeks),to observe and compare eficacy effects.Results During the same period of treatment,the micro-needle treatment group had remarkable effects,1.Omm needle roller,and 0.75mm electric micro-needle didn't have notable treatment effect,which didn't have statistical significance(P>0.05)but had a more prominent effect on AGA patients than 0.5mm needle roller,which has statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the traditional needle roller group,the pain score of the 0.75mm electric micro-needle group was greatly decreased.Conclusion The length of needle rollers does influence the therapeutic effect in treating Androgenetic Alopecia.Under the circumstance that the pain is endured by the patients,the appropriate length of the needle roller is conducive to hair growth,and therapeutic effect improvement.In contrast,due to higher vibration frequency and slighter pain of the electric micro-needle,patients can have shorter treatment periods,and are easier to endure,which is worth promoting to clinical therapeutics.
