低能量激光照射联合中药外用治疗轻中度雄激素性脱发的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨低能量激光照射联合中药生发搽剂治疗轻中度雄激素性脱发的有效性和安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月江阴市中医院皮肤科诊治的62例轻中度雄激素性脱发患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组31例,单用低能量激光照射治疗;治疗组31例,在对照组基础上联合外用自制中药生发搽剂,共治疗24周。比较两组患者治疗前后头顶部整体外观和皮肤镜下被毛密度改变,评判有效率,记录不良反应发生情况。结果治疗24周后,治疗组有17例获得轻度改善,13例中度改善,治疗组总有效率达96.8%(30/31),优于对照组74.2%(23/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组均有被毛密度增高,治疗组被毛密度增多量明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。不良反应发生率治疗组(9.68%,3/31)与对照组(16.13%,5/31)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低能量激光照射联合中药生搽剂治疗轻中度雄激素性脱发疗效优于单一治疗,不良反应轻微。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Low-level laser therapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine hair growth liniment in the treatment of mild to moderate androgenic alopecia.Methods A total of 62 patients with mild to moderate androgenetic alopecia diagnosed and treated in the dermatology department of Jiangyin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.In the control group,31 cases were treated with Low-level laser therapy alone.The treatment group(31 cases),was treated with external use of self-made TCM hair growth liniment on the basis of control group,for a total of 24 weeks of treatment.The global photographic assessment and hair density changes Under a dermoscope were compared between the two groups after treatment,the effective rate was evaluated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was recorded.Results After 24 weeks of treatment,17 cases in the treatment group had mild improvement,13 cases had moderate improvement,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.8%(30/31),higher than that of the control group 74.2%(23/31),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hair density of both groups increased,and the increase of hair density in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group(9.68%,3/31)and the control group(16.13%,5/31)(P>0.05).Conclusion Lowlevel laser therapy combined with TCM hair growth liniment is better than laser therapy alone in the treatment of mild to moderate androgenetic alopecia,and the adverse reaction is mild.
