眼袋整形术的围手术期护理体系的建立

摘　　要：目的探讨眼袋整形术患者围手术期护理措施及效果。方法选择2020年2月~2022年8月期间本院实施眼袋整形术治疗的225例患者作为研究对象,通过个性化护理措施的实施,观察患者手术效果和并发症情况,总结患者围术期护理措施及应用效果。结果225例患者术后第二天去除纱布,检查术区均无出血,术后3个月复查显示,所有患者眼袋改善效果均较好,175例眶下区恢复平整,116例伴眶下区凹陷患者凹陷显著改善,手术效果良好。51例患者术后一周存在眼下区域皮肤瘀斑情况,术后3个月复查时,瘀斑均消失,无残留者;15例患者出现结膜水肿及溢泪表现,结膜水肿消退后,溢泪症状消退;无其他并发症者。满意度评估显示:225例患者中,满意者205例,基本满意者15例,不满意5例,满意度为97.78%(220/225)。结论眼袋整形术围手术期,根据患者个体特征和护理需求,给予针对性、全面化的护理措施,有助于患者术后康复,有利于保障手术效果,护理效果良好。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing measures and effects of patients with pouch plastic surgery.Methods A total of 225 patients who underwent pouch plastic surgery in our hospital from February 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,to observe the operation effect and complications,summarize the perioperative nursing measures and application effect.Results The gauze was removed on the second day after operation in 225 cases,and no bleeding was found in the operation area.The results of follow-up 3 months after operation showed that the improvement of eye bags was good in all cases,and the suborbital area was smooth in 175 cases,in 116 cases with suborbital depression,the depression was significantly improved and the operative effect was good.The ecchymosis of the skin in the ocular region was found in 51 patients one week after operation,and disappeared in all of them 3 months after operation without any residual,while conjunctival edema and epiphora were found in 15 patients after the disappearance of conjunctival edema,symptoms of epiphora subsided;no other complications were observed.The evaluation of satisfaction showed that 205 of 225 patients were satisfied,15 were basically satisfied and 5 were unsatisfied.The satisfaction rate was 97.78%(220/225).Conclusion According to the individual characteristics and nursing needs of the patients,giving pertinent and comprehensive nursing measures during the perioperative period of pouch plastic surgery is helpful to the postoperative rehabilitation of the patients and to guarantee the operation effect,the nursing effect was good.
