摘　　要：总结1例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆胸术17年后并发远处渗漏患者的护理。护理要点:排除患者心理障碍,帮助树立治疗信心、落实奥美定取出术的围术期护理、缓解疼痛、做好乳房康复护理和出院指导。经过本团队精心护理,患者术后康复出院。总结本病例旨在为临床护理聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆胸术后晚期并发远处渗漏的患者提供参考。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with distant leakage after injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel for breast augmentation 17 years later.Nursing points include:eliminate the psychological barriers of patients,help establish confidence in treatment,implement the perioperative nursing of polyacrylamide hydrogel extraction,relieve pain,breast rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance.Through the careful care of the medical team,the patient recovered after surgery and was discharged from hospital.The purpose of this case is to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with distant leakage after injection of polyacrylamide hydrogel after breast augmentation.
