摘 要:为研究双门临时支撑体系辅助钢箱梁架设的可行性,对钢箱梁梁体进行节段划分满足钢箱梁运输、吊装需要。根据钢箱梁节段划分长度,合理对临时支撑进行布设,满足钢箱梁的重量支承要求,减少对钢箱梁桥下交通影响。对钢箱梁吊装顺序进行编排,根据不同钢箱梁尺寸、重量特点安排吊装设备、交通封闭区域及时间。对钢箱梁节段进行吊装施工,对双门临时支撑进行受力模拟分析。研究结果表明,采用双门临时支撑体系能够为钢箱梁架设提供安全的实施环境。In order to study the feasibility of erection of steel box girder assisted by temporary support system of double doors,section division of steel box girder body is carried out to meet the needs of steel box girder transportation and hoisting.According to the section length of steel box girder,the temporary support is rationalized to meet the weight support requirements of steel box girder and reduce the influence on the traffic under the bridge.The hoisting sequence of steel box girder is arranged.According to different size and weight of steel box girder,hoisting equipment and traffic closed area and time should be arranged.The steel box girder section is hoisted.The force simulation analysis is carried out on the temporary support of double doors.The results show that the double door temporary support system can provide a safe environment for the erection of steel box girder.
