摘  要:高速公路隧道的防排水技术一直是隧道施工的重难点之一,隧道的二次衬砌渗漏水是隧道常见病害。防排水施工质量不合格会引起重大工程安全质量隐患。以喀斯特地貌中富水地下隧道工程实例,进行高速公路富水隧道的二衬防排水施工技术研究。在复合防水材料+防排水工艺,使用新型隧道自粘式PE凸壳式防排水板并结合防水材料的新型施工技术,更好地优化二次衬砌背后防水、排水施工,避免二次衬砌渗漏水的质量隐患出现,提升了防水效果,保证了隧道施工质量。The waterproofing and drainage technology of highway tunnels has always been one of the key and difficult points in tunnel construction,and the secondary lining leakage of tunnels is a common disease of tunnels.Unqualified construction quality of waterproofing and drainage can cause significant safety and quality hazards in engineering projects.Taking the example of the Fushui underground tunnel project in karst landforms,the construction technology of secondary lining waterproofing and drainage for the water-rich tunnel on highways is studied.In the combination of composite waterproofing materials and waterproofing and drainage technology,a new type of tunnel self-adhesive PE convex shell waterproofing and drainage board is used,combined with a new construction technology of waterproofing materials,to better optimize the waterproofing and drainage construction behind the secondary lining,avoid the quality hazards of secondary lining leakage,improve the waterproofing effect,and ensure the quality of tunnel construction.
