摘 要:本文主要介绍了在成昆铁路米易至攀枝花段扩能改造工程MPZQ-5标大炳别大桥薄壁高墩施工中,由于该桥梁墩身高度较高且数量较多,高空作业安全风险高,墩身外观质量要求严格,且施工地区雨季频繁,施工连续性较低,为确保墩身能够同步施工缩短施工工期,降低高空作业安全风险,满足外观质量要求,同时尽可能降低施工措施费用,因此项目部通过对施工方案进行认真比选,决定采用钢管爬架翻模进行墩身施工,不但满足了墩身外观质量要求,而且也保证了高空作业安全。由于钢管爬架翻模成本较低,多个墩身可以同步施工,大大加快了施工进度,同时也降低了施工措施费用。该钢管爬架翻模所涉及的施工技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。This paper mainly introduces that in the construction of the high pier of the Dabie Bridge in the MPZQ-5 section of the expansion and reconstruction project of the Miyi-Panzhihua section of the Chengdu-Kunming Railway,due to the high height and large number of the pier body of the bridge,the high safety risk of aerial work,the strict requirements for the appearance quality of the pier body,the frequent rainy seasons in the construction area,and the low construction continuity,in order to ensure that the pier body can be constructed synchronously,shorten the construction period,reduce the safety risk of aerial work,and meet the appearance quality requirements,At the same time,the cost of construction measures should be reduced as much as possible.Therefore,the Project Department decided to use the steel pipe climbing frame turnover formwork for pier body construction through careful comparison and selection of construction schemes,which not only meets the requirements of pier body appearance quality,but also ensures the safety of aerial work.Due to the low cost of steel pipe climbing frame turnover,multiple pier bodies can be constructed simultaneously,which greatly speeds up the construction progress and reduces the cost of construction measures.The construction technology involved in the turnover of the steel pipe climbing frame also provides a reference for the subsequent similar construction.
