摘  要:“十四五”大宗固体废弃物综合利用的指导意见指出到2025年,煤矸石、粉煤灰、尾矿(共伴生矿)、冶炼渣等大宗固废的综合利用能力显著提升,利用规模不断扩大,新增大宗固废综合利用率达到60%。通过实际调研收集到了黑龙江省47家煤矿单位的相关数据,建模后运用stata16.0对数据回归分析,得出了本省不同煤矿单位碳减排意识不同,以至于对煤矸石的利用不一样,存在绿色矿山和非绿色矿山混合开采的情况。The guidance on the comprehensive utilization of large solid waste during the 14th Five Year Plan period points out that by 2025,the comprehensive utilization capacity of large solid waste such as coal gangue,fly ash,tailings(co associated minerals),and smelting slag will significantly improve,and the utilization scale will continue to expand.The comprehensive utilization rate of newly added large solid waste will reach 60%.Relevant data of 47 coal mining units in Heilongjiang Province were collected through actual research.After modeling,stata16.0 was used to conduct regression analysis on the data,and it was concluded that different coal mining units in Heilongjiang Province have different awareness of carbon emission reduction,so that the use of coal gangue is different.There is a situation of mixed mining of green mines and non green mines.
