摘　　要：针对传统设备管理模式下,生产现场的单机设备管理效率低、维护成本高的问题,设计并构建一种基于工业互联网的远程监控系统。该系统由PLC和以太网通讯模块、映翰通IR915工业路由器和设备云平台、上位机和组态王软件,以及瑞箭xArrow Android手机组态软件等构成;通过对工业路由器进行联网配置,上位机与现场设备PLC的远程维护通道的构建,以及上位机PC端和手机端监控画面的组态,实现对现场设备的远程监控。将该系统应用于某项目设备全自动补强贴片机中进行验证。结果表明:利用该系统可实现现场生产设备的远程控制、数据实时监测和PLC程序远程维护;该系统运行稳定,使用方便;对于工业自动化装备制造企业以及使用单机生产设备进行产品制造的生产型企业,进行设备的智能化改造,推动生产模式转变和企业转型升级均具有重要意义。In view of the problems of low single equipment management efficiency and high maintenance cost in the traditional equipment management mode,a remote monitoring system based on industrial Internet was designed and constructed.The system was composed of PLC and ethernet communication module,InHand IR915 industrial router and equipment cloud platform,the host computer and configuration king software,and arrow xArrow Android mobile phone configuration software;through the networking configuration of the industrial router,the construction of the remote maintenance channel between the host PC and the field equipment PLC,and the configuration of the monitoring screen of the upper PC and the mobile phone terminal,the remote monitoring of the field equipment was realized.The system was applied to the automatic reinforcement patch machine for verification.The results show that by using the system,the remote control,real-time data monitoring and remote maintenance of PLC program can be realized;the system is stable and convenient;it is of great significance for industrial automation equipment manufacturing enterprises and single manufacturing equipment to make intelligent transformation of equipment and promote the transformation of production mode and enterprises.
