摘  要:为了满足数据中心网络机柜等应用场景电子柜锁高安全、高便利产品的需求,设计了一套基于三维结构光人脸识别技术的电子柜锁系统,采用近距离的三维结构光人脸识别模组,通过构建ESP32-C3和BF5823双MCU系统,并将系统集成到有限空间的电子柜锁结构里,无线、有线网络通信实现人脸模板、鉴权信息和事件管理;为实现大通量数据传输,对现有的MODBUS TCP通信协议进行了优化,使其充分发挥TCP和MODBUS二者的优点。实验结果表明,该系统假体抗拒率达100%,人脸活体检测接收率为99.71%,从触发到单次人脸识别开锁时间小于2.5 s,解决了网络机柜等应用人脸识别开锁的难点。In order to meet the requirements of high security and convenience products for electronic cabinet locks in application scenarios such as data center network cabinet,a set of electronic cabinet lock system based on three-dimensional structured light face recognition technology is designed.The close three-dimensional structured light face recognition module is adopted.By building ESP32-C3 and BF5823 dual MCU systems,and integrating the system into the electronic cabinet lock structure in a limited space,the wireless and wired network communication realizes face template,authentication information and event management.In order to realize high-throughput data transmission,the existing Modbus TCP communication protocol is optimized to give full play to the advantages of both TCP and MODBUS.The experimental shows that the prosthesis resistance rate of the system is 100%,and the acceptance rate of face detection is 99.71%.The time from triggering to single face recognition unlocking is less than 2.5 seconds,which solves the difficulties of face recognition unlocking in network cabinets and other applications.
