摘 要:汽车空调系统的制冷是靠制冷剂在系统中的循环换热实现。一同参与循环的还有冷冻油,冷冻油离开压缩机进入空调系统,会黏附在管路、冷凝器、蒸发器等流道的内壁上,影响空调系统的热交换,从而降低系统热交换的效率,所以系统中冷冻油含量越低越好。但同时冷冻油是压缩机内部各摩擦副润滑的关键,必须要有足够的量才能更好地保护压缩机。基于此问题,设计一种新的压缩机内部气道结构,系统循环时使更多的冷冻油留在压缩机本体内部,即空调系统中参与热交换的冷冻油含量减少,在实现整个系统高效换热的同时又延长了压缩机的寿命,达到节能减排目的。The refrigeration of automobile air conditioning system is realized by the circulating heat exchange of refrigerant in the system.Refrigerant oil also participates in the circulation.When refrigerant oil leaves the compressor and enters the air conditioning system,it will adhere to the inner wall of pipeline,condenser,evaporator and other flow channels,affecting the heat exchange of the air conditioning system,so as to reduce the efficiency of heat exchange of the system.However,refrigerant oil is the key to the lubrication of friction pairs in the compressor and must be added.Therefore,the lower the refrigerant oil content in the system is,the better it will be,and the refrigerant oil content in the compressor should be sufficient to better protect the compressor.Based on this problem,a new internal air passage structure of the compressor is designed to make more refrigerant oil stay in the compressor body during system circulation,that is,the content of refrigerant oil participating in heat exchange in the air conditioning system is reduced,so as to realize the efficient heat exchange of the whole system,protect the service life of the compressor and achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
